CFO
Laura is the administrative manager at Kolher, handling invoices, expenses, and all crucial accounting operations. She has been instrumental in the birth and growth of the company, with 30 years of experience that have significantly contributed to the efficiency and success of Kolher.
Her financial management expertise perfectly aligns with her language skills: she is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Portuguese, allowing her to effectively manage the needs of international clients. A graduate in Languages for Commerce from the University of Manchester, Laura has applied her language knowledge to improve communications and optimize business processes.

Roberto Pasqualotto
Plant Manager
Roberto boasts 27 years of career experience in companies with a strong international dimension, 17 of which have been dedicated to the bakery sector. With his extensive experience, Roberto is an essential asset in supporting our clients in facing future challenges.

Export Manager
Silvia is a valuable asset for Kolher, where she has worked diligently for over 20 years. With extensive experience as an Export Manager, Silvia has significantly contributed to the company’s international growth. Thanks to her language skills, she is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, in addition to Italian, enabling her to effectively interact with international clients and partners.
After completing a Linguistic High School, Silvia leveraged her language knowledge and organizational skills to excel in a dynamic and complex environment like international trade. Filippo Comerio
Sales Assistant
Filippo is the newest entry in Kolher's team, bringing with him a solid academic background and a passion for trade and international relations. A graduate from the University of Westminster in London in Commerce and Global Business, with a specialization in Arabic, Filippo found a solid foundation in his experience to contribute to our team.
In his position, Filippo manages both sales and marketing, as well as the company’s image. In addition to being a native English speaker, he speaks French and Spanish and has practical knowledge of Arabic, allowing him to connect with a variety of markets and clients.
